I am thrilled to announce the release of my second book, 100
Questions From My Child. This book was a natural follow up for
me to 100 Promises To My Baby as it incorporated the next phase of my two
daughters development -- asking questions!!
Mommy, whats a bomb? Why do I have to share? Why dont my princess shoes fit me anymore? Do trees have feelings? Do I have to color inside the lines? Where is Maa (my grandmother who died)? If God is always watching, why do bad things happen do good people? Question after question after question! I realized that answering many questions required my own soul searching. For there were many questions I really did not know how to answer. They were questions that made me think about what I believed in and how I perceived my world. 100 Questions From My Child is a collection of some of the questions and answers that my daughters and my family have explored together. When Tara or Leela ask me a question with their big, curious, loving, and trusting eyes, I want more than anything else to give them answers that foster love, confidence and contemplation. I look forward to sharing our questions with you, and hearing about the funny and profound questions that your children ask.
